	CUSTOMER FAQ'S *What is an OEM Cartridge?* An OEM cartridge is a cartridge produced by the printer’s manufacture, IE: HP Brother, Canon. *What is a remanufactured Cartridge?* A remanufactured cartridge is a previously used cartridge which we only re-use the outer plastic core. The inside of the cartridge is cleaned out and all the components are replaced. We then fill the cartridge with the appropriate gram weight of toner. All our cartridges must pass strict tests to ensure they perform up to (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacture standards. *Will using your cartridges void my printer’s warranty?* No. Equipment manufactures cannot void the warranty of your equipment or service contract for using remanufactured cartridges. Current laws prohibit nay manufacturer from buying their product exclusively. This would be like Chevy only allowing you to use Shell gas in their cars! How do I order?
